Light: Bright, indirect light is preferred, but the plant can tolerate a few hours of direct sunlight. Insufficient light can lead to leggy growth.
Watering: Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot.
Humidity: Delosperma echinatum prefers low humidity and does not require misting.
Temperature: Maintain temperatures between 65°F and 85°F (18°C and
29°C). Protect from frost and temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix formulated for succulents or cacti.
Fertilizing: Fertilize sparingly, using a cactus or succulent
fertilizer, once every 2-3 months during the growing season (spring and
summer). Do not fertilize during the fall and winter.
