Misome, Pac Choi Mei Qing, Spinach, Cauliflower, China Gold Cabbage

Misome (dark leafy plants) and Pac Choi Mei Qing

Misome, a dark leafy plant, is a cross between komatsuna and tatsoi. Upright, savory, glossy thick leaves can be grown as cut and come again plant. Nutty mustard flavor. Requires full sun.

Pac Choi Mei Qing is first hybrid dwarf Shanghai Pak Choi with heat and cold tolerance and bolt resistant. Uniform, compact vase-shaped, crispy, tasty and tender. Full sun.

Spinach

Cauliflower

I had planted two cauliflower in a 16 inch pot. After they had grown a bit, I decided to replant one of them into the ground so that both may have room to grow.

China Gold Cabbage

Luxuriant, dark green wrapper leaves with a densely packed white and gold interior. They boast excellent bolt resistance and ultimately form uniform, medium-sized, barrel-shaped heads once they are trimmed.

The crisp mid-ribs are sweet and mild, with leaves that work well raw in salads or tossed in stir-fries and soups. China Gold is resistant to tip burn and some races of clubroot. The trimmed final product is approximately 30cm (12") tall and 13cm (5") in diameter.
